Return & Shade Exchange Policy

Because COVRUP is a personal-use cosmetic product, opened or used tubes are not eligible for refunds.

However, if your shade is not the right match, we offer a one-time shade exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it at no cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
