All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. COVRUP is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at teamcovrupstore@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at teamcovrupstore@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
